We are now looking for an HR Business Partner with genuine commitment to HR issues and who appreciates a business-oriented role in a values-driven company for our NCC Building South department with approximately 270 employees.
The Role of HR Business Partner
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our leaders and managers on both daily and long-term issues related to profitability, growth, and employees.
We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner who supports, challenges, and proposes solutions. You navigate as confidently and knowledgeably in classic areas such as talent and succession, salary structure, labor law, work environment, and rehabilitation, but you are particularly passionate about organizational development and building the glue that holds us together.
With us, you have the freedom to drive HR work locally while having a strong network behind you. Across Sweden, there are engaged and knowledgeable HR colleagues to bounce ideas off and build relationships with. Moreover, you have access to shared resources and specialists in various areas – so you always have support when you need it.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in human resources or equivalent. You have worked in a broad and qualified HR role that has given you experience in all HR processes as well as management team work. It is important that you are responsive and have the ability to understand the needs and conditions of the business and employees. You are trustworthy, have a professional approach, and are driven by working proactively and solution-focused.
You are used to and enjoy working independently and have the ability to prioritize, drive, and complete assignments. Experience in operational HR work from a matrix organization is an additional advantage. You are someone who is attracted to the many opportunities and contact points of a large organization. Since we are a Nordic group, we expect you to be proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Additional Information
The position is a permanent employment starting as agreed. You will be based at one of our offices in Malmö or Helsingborg and travel as needed to our other offices in Halmstad and Kristianstad or where the projects are located. The position requires a valid driver's license (B). This position will undergo background checks in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
